Our company was co-founded by three long-time friends from the Finger Lakes region of Central New York. These founders met in college and became fast friends, despite their unique and diverse backgrounds. They come from families of immigrants, factory workers, teachers, community leaders, small business owners, construction workers, waitresses, and stay-at-home moms. They represent the collective roots of New York and hold a deep appreciation for the state, despite the challenges that many businesses and families have faced.

New Yorkers are facing a multitude of challenges, and elected officials often seem indifferent to the root causes that have prompted so many businesses and families to relocate. The US Census Bureau has reported a consistent net migration loss from 2010 to 2020, with each year showing a steady decline. The reasons for this exodus are numerous and include high income and property taxes, a poor business climate, burdensome regulations, a lack of job opportunities, escalating
crime, and deteriorating personal freedoms.

Our founders are committed to raising awareness and elevating the conversation around these issues. We believe that reversing these trends is critical to saving our state, and it begins with open and honest dialogue. Ultimately, we hope to inspire change that will lead the creation of good jobs that encourage people to stay, raise families, and become pillars within their communities. Together, we can make a difference and help create a better future for New York.

Our Chief Designer and one of our founding partners, comes from a family with diverse backgrounds. His mother was a teacher, and his father is a Central New York small business owner, immigrant and master tailor. He learned the value of education, hard work, sacrifice and perseverance from his parents while finding his love for fashion and textiles while working in his family’s store gaining invaluable experience and skills that he later applied to his work as a designer.

His unique upbringing and experiences have had a profound impact on his life and his work. His commitment to his craft and his dedication to quality and innovation are evident in the products he creates. We are proud to have him as a founder and our chief designer, and we look forward to seeing how his creativity and vision will continue to shape our company in the future.

The next of our foundering partners, comes from a family with a strong sense of community and service. His mother was a stay-at-home mom, while his father worked as an executive in the not-for-profit sector. From his parents he learned the importance of integrity, duty, and giving back to the community.

His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate led him to purchase his first property at the young age of 19, while still in college. Since then, he has built a successful multi-state real estate business that he operates from his hometown in Central New York. This founders commitment to his hometown and his dedication to his business have helped to create jobs and stimulate the local economy. We are proud to have him as a founder, and we look forward to seeing how his vision and leadership will continue to drive the success of our company.

The last of the founders, has a deep appreciation for the value of hard work and the importance of education. His parents worked hard to make ends meet, with his father working in the construction industry as a master mechanic and his mother working as both a factory worker and a waitress. Through their struggles, he learned the value of perseverance and duty.
​
After migrating to Western New York to finish his bachelor’s degree, he settled there, where he established himself as an entrepreneur. In 2008, he founded a successful wealth management company where he continues to serve as the firm’s managing partner. This founder’s dedication to his work and his community has not gone unnoticed. He has been recognized by his alma mater as both the Volunteer of the Year and as the Distinguished Alumni of the Year for his service. We are honored to have him as one of our founder partners, and we are inspired by his leadership and commitment to excellence in all areas of his life.
